The Role

We are seeking a mid to senior-level Data Analyst/Scientist to lead our global data initiatives. This is a strategic role reporting directly to the CEO, where you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making across our healthcare marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Data Leadership: Lead global data initiatives and establish data strategy across Portugal and Brazil markets
• Analytics & Insights: Generate actionable insights from our healthcare marketplace data to drive business growth
• Tool Management: Utilize and optimize Metabase and Mixpanel for data visualization and product analytics
• Executive Reporting: Present findings and recommendations directly to the CEO and executive team
• Data Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust data pipelines and analytics frameworks
• Market Intelligence: Analyze healthcare market trends and user behavior patterns
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Metabase, Mixpanel, SQL, Python/R, or other data visualization tools
• Healthcare Domain: Experience or strong interest in healthcare/marketplace analytics preferred
• Leadership Potential: Ability to work independently and lead data initiatives globally
• Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese required, English proficiency preferred
