Must-Have Requirements

• Superb contractual lawyering abilities - You can draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements with precision
• Exceptional attention to detail - In crypto, the smallest detail can make or break a deal
• Business acumen - You understand business priorities and can communicate complex legal concepts to stakeholders
• Client communication skills - Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders across different time zones and cultures

Highly Preferred

• Crypto-relevant professional experience - Previous work in blockchain, digital assets, DeFi, or related areas
• Personal crypto interest - If you do not have professional experience, at least demonstrate genuine understanding and interest in the crypto space

What You Will Do

• Draft and negotiate complex smart contracts and blockchain-related agreements
• Provide regulatory guidance across multiple jurisdictions
• Work directly with clients on cutting-edge crypto projects
• Collaborate with our global team to solve novel legal challenges
• Take initiative on business development and new practice areas
