With over 18,000 health professionals and more than 150 clients across Portugal and Brazil, we have raised approximately 13M BRL in funding and are experiencing rapid growth in the healthcare sector.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize our operational processes across both Brazilian and Portuguese markets. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, where you will be responsible for scaling our operations to support continued growth in the healthcare marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead and optimize all operational processes across Brazil and Portugal markets
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to support company growth and expansion
• Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor operations teams across multiple markets
• Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable operational processes and workflows
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality service delivery for both health professionals and healthcare institutions
• Cross-Market Coordination: Manage operations coordination between Brazilian and Portuguese markets
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs and operational metrics
• Executive Reporting: Present operational insights and recommendations directly to the CEO

What We Are Looking For

• Leadership Experience: 5-8+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in marketplace or healthcare environments
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies for scaling businesses
• Team Management: Experience building and leading high-performing operations teams
• Process Excellence: Strong background in process optimization and operational efficiency
• Healthcare Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in healthcare operations preferred
• International Experience: Experience managing operations across multiple markets/countries preferred
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese required, English proficiency preferred
