Want to send automated outreach emails with FidForward? Here’s how to connect your email account in just a few clicks.

Troubleshooting: Emails Not Sending?

If your emails aren’t being sent, your connection may have expired or been revoked. Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Visit Google Account Connections.
  2. Find and remove FidForward Talent from the list.
  3. Go back to FidForward, sign in, and reconnect your email account as described above. Consider using talent sourcing CRM tools.

This will refresh the connection and get your email sequences working again.
